We are officially in the flux of fall; and much like the elements around us, the elements within us are shifting too!
In this workshop, we will work to balance and restore Vata dosha in our systems. Vata is the biological humor that is represented by air and space; and fall is a prime time for these elements to become out of balance. The leaves are drying up and falling off the trees; the ground is becoming hard and infertile; the wind is strong and the air is growing colder. Internally, we may be finding erratic digestion; overthinking; anxiety; dry skin; and lack of circulation, among other things.
In this workshop, we will work with simple but profound restorative and Ayurvedic practices (asana, mantra, pranayama and meditation) to help alleviate the symptoms of imbalance in autumn; and to help us stay grounded, nourished, stable and vital throughout the cold winter months ahead!
