The Winter Solstice marks an auspicious shift in daylight when we begin to emerge from the darkness back into the light. On the darkest day of the year, we pause to connect with our divine self. Join Anna for a Yin practice that will target the Spleen and Stomach meridians to help you find nourishment and grounding as we transition into the winter months. Honoring the pause before we are called to expand once again. Practice will end with Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
