Introduction to Yoga w/ Amy

 Interested in beginning a yoga practice but too nervous to join a regular class? Have you started a practice but would like more individualized attention? If so, then this is a great workshop for you. During this 3-week workshop, we will cover:

**the basic poses taught in a beginners class (with modifications for all bodies).

**basic breathing practice (pranayama) to assist you in your asana (the poses)

**how to sit in meditation for a few moments.

**Most importantly, we will make yoga less scary and way more giggly. 

We will meet on 3 Sundays from 12-1:30PM
