In this crazy world, we all need to slow down, turn inward, and recharge. Restorative Yoga, with its focus on supportive poses, guided relaxation, and breathwork is the perfect vehicle for calming the mind, boosting the immune system and opening the heart to our true being.
Throughout each class Tatiana will offer Reiki, a subtle energy healing practice that promotes balance, and sound healing with crystal bowls. The theme will vary each month according to the season, the moon, the energy around us.
