“In the presence of one firmly established in nonviolence, all hostilities cease.”
– Patanjali, Yoga Sutra II-35

Ahimsa or nonviolence is the first ethical tenet of the Yamas and Niyamas, ancient principles that offer guidance to navigate your true Self. It is the foundation on which the remaining nine principles sit.
Join Judy Greger, as we explore practicing nonviolence toward all living beings, including one’s self, in this complicated and modern world. We will look at finding balance, developing courage and compassion as a path to bring peace, joy, compassion and love into our heart.
We will be using ‘The Yamas and the Niyamas’ by Deborah Adele. Please bring a copy with you.
Judy is highly-experienced in the principles and practice of meditation, the study of ancient Yogic texts and continues to serve through the daily practice of Bhakti Yoga.
