The antidote to stress is relaxation! Learn a softer side to the physical postures of yoga and offer your students a more nurturing practice. Restorative yoga practiced regularly can help to heal the chronic effects of stress on our every day life. You do not need to be a certified yoga teacher to attend. You are welcome to come to learn a home restorative practice too! Certificates of completion are presented after all outside classwork and assignments are completed.
