Life is busy. We all have so many responsibilities. Between work, caretaking responsibilities and overscheduled calendars, it seems we are always racing from one thing to the next. Some days, it feels like we barely have time to breathe, let alone carve out a few minutes for ourselves.
If this sounds all too familiar to you, it may be time to explore how a yoga practice can help create some space in your day-to-day life. Yoga allows us to connect to our bodies and brings awareness to our thoughts. Yoga also helps us slow down, turn inward and connect to the present moment, which can create space throughout your day. All of this helps to decrease stress and stress’s effects on your body and your life.

We will be practicing yoga and meditation postures. The workshop will end with a group restorative yoga practice. Please wear comfy clothes.
